Before undergoing any tests or treatment, a consultation will be scheduled with one of our physicians. We suggest that the patient attend this initial consultation with their partner if possible. Fundamental infertility tests, which are discussed in this section, will be performed to help us determine the cause of your infertility. For some couples, these basic tests will not clearly identify a reason why conception has not occurred. Additional testing may be necessary. You and your physician will identify a plan of treatment that is appropriate for your individual needs.
