The Reproductive Medicine Group and Dr. Samuel Tarantino were recently featured on Tampa’s WTSP Action 10 News in a story which featured a family and their rare genetic disorder condition. By the use of Pre-implantation Genetic Screening (PGS) and also Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD), they were able to screen retrieved embryos and determine which ones carry the genetic disorder and have a healthy child.
