Egg Donation Process for Tampa Egg Donors

• Step 1: Application & Screening

  After you submit the online application, one of our coordinators will contact you if you qualify. From there, you’ll have a medical exam and lab appointment — which hopefully leads to an approval for donation!

• Step 2: Matching Donor to Recipient

  Many people face the challenge of infertility, often due to issues regarding egg health, making conception unlikely or impossible. Additionally, LGBTQ+ couples and individuals, like cisgender gay men, need donor eggs to grow their families, as they cannot produce eggs on their own.

  Our expert coordinators will assist in making an ideal match, ensuring you stay anonymous throughout the entire process. Once matched with an intended parent or parents, you’ll undergo a series of appointments to assess your physical and mental health.

• Step 3: Egg Donation Cycle

  Next, you’ll go on medication to prepare for egg retrieval. You’ll be sedated during the procedure, which only takes about 30 minutes. Common side effects include mild cramping and discomfort, but most egg donors can go about their normal activities the next day. Afterwards, you’ll receive your financial compensation in the mail.
